If you struggle with relationships, self-esteem, anger, addiction recovery, and codependency, I support and encourage you look at yourself in a new way. I offer a women's workshop on Taming Your Anger and substance assessments.

I provide help and support if you are struggling with substance abuse whether you are questioning your use or want to avoid relapse.

For relationship help I teach you the tools to communicate more effectively, regain trust with your partner and take better care of yourself which in turn improves your quality of life.

I can show you how to handle stress and anger differently and minimize the negative impact. There are simple yet valuable skills you can learn that make a difference quickly.
