Towing Plus AAA Services

I am trying to help my brother out locate who towed his vehicle after our mom was in an accident. I was directed to this service as the first I was told to call wasn't operating at the time. He went on to be rude, snippy, and disrespectful when all I asked is if he may have been the one to have towed the vehicle and how I was directed to call him from another tow company. He just kept on cutting me off saying he doesn't know what he towed and that dispatch would know not him. This is not how you run any kind of business and the attitude is completely unnecessary especially when my family is worried sick about our mother who is still in ICU after the accident.
